iPhone app in testing
Your terminal and coding agents, from your iPhone.
Bosun connects your phone to your computers: their shells, their herdr and tmux sessions, and the coding agents running in them (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and others). Chat with an agent, answer its questions, approve its next step, or drop into the terminal.
Set up a computer
On each Mac or Linux machine you want to reach:
curl -fsSL https://bosunmux.app/install.sh | sh
It installs bosun-host, checks SSH, Mosh and herdr, starts the agent broker as a login service, and shows a QR code. Scan it with Bosun or the iPhone Camera to pair.
Only checking? bosun-host setup --check. Removing the service? bosun-host setup --uninstall.
What you get
- Terminals that survive: SSH, Mosh or Eternal Terminal, picked automatically; sessions stay open while you move between apps.
- herdr and tmux: pick a session when you connect, switch tabs, panes and workspaces with a swipe, or use the sidebar.
- Agent inbox: every agent across your computers in one board: needs you, working, idle.
- Chat with agents: questions and plans as cards, approvals one tap away, photos and files attached.
- Private by design: your phone talks to your computers directly over SSH; keys stay in the iPhone keychain, pairing pins each host's key.
